We’re truly sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
8. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within the first 12 hours of placing them. After that, they are processed and sent out for delivery.
9. Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes, we do! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery (conditions apply). Items must be unused and in original packaging.
